Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hi,

My house is under a property management agency. Do I have the right of requesting a copy of the leasing contract and any repair reciepts made by the agency?

I presume this is a situation where you own the home and hired a management company to lease/manage for you. Yes, you have the right to see the lease agreement and any repair bills. I am sure you are getting charge based on these items. You should request to see all the files in reference to your home.
