Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hi,

My husband and I filed chapter 7 and our home was part of the bankruptcy.

We were forclosed on and the finance company is sueing us for the mortgage.

Do you know if there is anyway they can sue us as we gave everything up

through the chapter 7?

The loan should have been included in your bankruptcy. Contact the attorney that handled your bankruptcy and ask him/her.
