Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

HOA dropped a large pine tree in sections right beside my house in a common area 4 yrs ago and left it there. All sections including the trunk are infested with termites now. the closest section is 20 ft from my dwelling. Who is responsible for taking care of this problem? worried in Tampa Fl
