HOA Homeowner Being Bullied by Neighbor

I live in a 55yo HOA legally inherited

from my parents. I lost my job. My

condo commando/Adult Bully

neighbor, houds me at her front door

after looking for work at the end of

the day saying; did you get a job, are

your working, why are you not

working. Besides being dis-recpectful

this is bullying. I always pay my hoa

dues on time and all my bills and just

mind my own business. It seems like

adult bullying and I would like to call

the police or get the courts involved

but do not how or what precedence

to proceed with to stop this bullying.

Any help would be appreciated. thank
