HOA Lien

Does my HOA have to notify me in writing after they have placed a Claim of Lien against my property?

It has to notify you prior to placing the lien on your property that they intend to place a lien after a certain amount of time passes and then again at the time they place the lien. Should you have any questions, feel free to give me a call.
