Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
HOA does not have management company. Is that legal.
Also, I am having a problem with communicating with the president of the board of directors. He agreed to negotiate some terms with me in regards to payments. When he found out that I do not work currently, he refused to negotiate. I made couple calls to our treasurer as I was required by HOA letter but did not get calls returned. How to approach to such a situation. Also we suspect that board directors president sabotage people around community.

There is no FL law which requires a HOA to hire a management company.
