Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Can HOA turn off Water to non paying member?
Home Owner's Associate has ''master'' water meter for community. Several Home Owners are delinquent but residing in Homes. We are not the landlords, they are not our tenants. Can we give some form of notice and turn off the water to their home?
What if it's a non paying owner with a renter in the property?
Again we are not the renter's landlord nor do they pay us anything. In fact they may be some homes that haven't notified us they even have a renter in the unit.
Thank you.

Your remedy should be spelled out in your HOA documents.
