Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

hoa voting

I live in a 51 private home HOA, one of our BOD has an empty lot in our development , does he have two votes or one at voting time ?

You would have to read your HOA documents to define the voting rights. It probably requires a member to be a homeowner which he is not.
