Can a new home builder in Tampa send a corp. close out email distribution listing to to the general public on the distribution list. In this email contained lot designations, attached to the price and Sq ft of home

example lot 1049 in subdivision xxxx, 1956 sq ft home was 182,999 now is 159,999

Can the home builder not honor the prices listed?

An advertised price is generally not binding on a seller. For example, if an item is tagged with an incorrect price, the retailer does not have to sell it to you at the marked price.
