Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

A new home was constructed adjacent to my residence. This two-story residence has been equipped with outside surveillance cameras and security systems which appear to have a clear view of the entire cul-da-sac, my driveway, and portions of my backyard. My question pertains to privacy rights concerning where those cameras are pointed, what portion of my personal property and activities it is recording and what options/remedies might be available to me.

Call your local municipality and police department but I doubt this is illegal since it does not go into your house. Perhaps a simple phone call can get them to move it. You can always put landscaping to block it.
