Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex and i own a home together deed and title in both names unfortunately she has a injunction against me and I can't be at the property my question is can I give someone power of attorney to a friend to access and take care of home until sold?

You cab certainly hire a Property Manager however, she may not cooperate with them.
