Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My home in FL was scheduled for foreclosure sale June 20,2012. on the court docket the heading reads DISMISSED, then under docket info it shows dismissed 6/19, followed on 7/5 it reads certificate of sale and certificate of service. How is that - if dismissed?

The Court Docket does not control what happens in a case. The Court's Orders do control. Do you have reason to believe that the sale was to be dismissed or cancelled? If so, then you need to act quickly to make sure it either happened or needs to occur asap. It sounds as if the sale occurred as scheduled. Check the actual Court File at the Courthouse for complete details.
