Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My home was forclosed and sold, i have been staying with a friend part time and had my roommate still at the house w have both lost jobs and just about all so even the utilities have become impooable went to remove my possesions and the police showed up and said we could not remove them that we were trespassing and had to leave thyere has been no eviction that we no offf and we have not giben over the keys can the police keep me out and stop us from removing our things

If your home was foreclosed and sold, you must have been given notice to vacate. Generally, the police don't simply "show up" without LOTS of advance notice to the occupants and owner. The property belongs to someone else now, and you will be better off dealing with them, than dealing with the police to get your things.
