I own my own home in Hillsborough County, Florida.
I would like to add my wife to the deed.
How can I do this myself?

Seek help from a local real estate attorney. It should not be a complicated procedure but it does have legal and potential tax considerations that you both should understand. You really should not do it your self without seeking legal help.

Properly execute a quit claim deed to your wife and yourself "as Husband and Wife" and file it with the County Clerk.
