Do you lose all your rights if you did not have a home inspected? Should the seller (who happened to be an investor) disclosed that the pipes in the house were old cast iron piping. If the Seller did not disclose the house was previously damaged by fired and only told me when I asked because neighbors had told me and by then the contract had been signed, is there any recourse? I bought the house in Nov. 2004

Depends on your contract and what type of title was conveyed, warranty deed or quitclaim.
