Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My name is on a home loan that I signed the deed over to an ex in law and that person was supposed to take out her own loan and take me off of the loan and I have asked her repeatedly to do so and it is not done. What can I do to force her to take me off of that so that I may be able to purchase my own home?

This should have been done with the lender, in writing, at the time you transferred ownership. Your only option is to sue for reimbursement of the $ you are paying on the loan.
