Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am home owner. I have received an offer through my real estate person on my home. We took a binder and they are trying to finance. If I return the binder, can I cancel the deal?

Your contract terms control. Someone needs to review the contract. They have to have some timeframe to finance. If they are able to finance than the contract is probably binding. Seek some legal guidance
