Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Home owners association

My boyfriends father recently purchased a home for us. The entire purchasing process was done incorrectly we have been told. We were not told about the HOA, their rules or guide lines. We were never told about any pre screening in order to live here and we are harassed on a daily basis by the association. Everything from notes written on our garbage can with a black perminant marker to physical threats at the gate front gate of the complex while trying to enter. There are also other issues with the house as far as damages. This house I have been told should not have made it through inspection. Piror to our purchasing the home, it had damage from a fire. We were told by the seller and the real estate/morgate company that damages were only on the surface. We were also told that all of the appliaces were new. In fact after thousands of dollars in electrical work and plumbing, we found that none on the appliances were new and infact did not work at all. This house was sold by giving false information. The morgate company knew of the issues and we believe paid an inspector to approve the house for closing. With all of the issues, is there a way to give the house back or sue the morgatge company and seller??
