I own my home which has a set back of 13.9 feet the law now requires it to be 20 feet, would my home be granfathered in to the 20 feet?

If your home existed prior to the new law stating set backs shall be 20' then yes, your home is grandfathered in at the 13.9 feet provided this was in accordance with the zoning requirements at the time the home was built.
