Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a home that unfortunatelly is in the process of being foreclosed on. The lender file the lis pendes on July 2009. Since then in 2 separate occasion i have found my self locked outside my home. Someone claiming to be sent by the bank, (asset management company), has broken the outside gate, put a chain and lock, has come to 2 different doors, one for the garage and the other for the dinning room and broken the door and change the lock.

I called the company and was informed that the lender had sent them. That i should call the lender. I did and of course no one can give me a straight answer.

My questions is, are my right being violated? if so what can i do to put a stop to t his. I am trying to modify the loan they have not answer.

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Unless they have a court order, they cannot do what they are doing. Call the police.
