Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
homeowners association
homeowner association want to charge me $2000. for not sending in approval to have my home painted. This fight has been going on for 9 months they were supposes to set up a meeting and they e-mail me for the dated and time. To this day I never recieved a e-mail. They called me the night the meeting was suppose to be, but I had a sick little boy and could not attend, so they said they would re schedule and unstead they sent me a bill. They make rules than they take them away to their benfit. I'am tired of getting supid letters saying I can't keep my garage door cracked open for my cat. I have to keep it closed. Our water fountain is never working, we are missing fans and pool equipment up at the pool area now for more than 5 years, They are always wanting money. I tired of them driving by everybodys home and spying. I'm tired of them sending out spuid letters and not getting the facts first. I'm tired of them harassing me. I can't finish painting my home because of them. What can I do about these people?they do not follow procedures themselves.they make mistakes.form my understanding you have to get approval to re sode you grass and a lot of people do not.
