I live in a Mobile Home park. Where can I find a copy of the Florida laws, rules & regulations that govern the Florida Homeowners Associations?

parks and Sections 617.301-617.312 govern homeowners'

associations.

Re: Homeowners Associations

The information for homeowner's associations is controlled and provided by the Division of Business and Professional Regulations. Please see the following site for the requested information:

http://www.state.fl.us/dbpr/lsc/condominiums/condohomepage.shtml

Information directly on mobile homes can be found at:

http://www.state.fl.us/dbpr/lsc/mobilehomes/mhhomepage.shtml

The statutes and forms are located at:

http://www.state.fl.us/dbpr/lsc/mobilehomes/mhlinksandforms.shtml

All of the above are official sites by the State of Florida and not commercial web sites.

Frankly, these sites are all free and open to the public. You could have found the locations by the use of any search engine.
