Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have no homeowners insurance and my tree fell on my next door nebors property who's responsibiity is it.? Can they suit on me and take my home?

You are responsible for removal of the tree and any damage it caused. They can sue you, but they can't take your home. At worst, they could place a lien on your home, so if it is sold, they will get paid.
