Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

A homestead property was left to a trust in Florida. The person in charge of the trust is also in charge of getting the property sold so the proceeds may be distributed as indicated by the trust. This same person now wants to make an offer to buy the property. Can he legally do this?

Have the court remove him as trustee
