He has delayed construction many times, filed false complaints several times, comes on our property many times and has connected a drinking water line from our house to his, the code enforcement people have all complaints doc. which I have copies, he now is coming on my property after complaining my security lights keep him up, which they mysteriously seem to be moved in ot her direction or bulbs unscrewed. We would like to know what we can sue him for monetary wise since we have tried communicating only to have door slammed in our face, we also have had warning by sheriff both written and verbal that he will be arrested but still nothing is working. Please let me know, he has made our lives miserable to where we cannot enjoy our home, put our boat in slip due to his pipe going across canal to his home for water. We live in Lake County Florida and the DEP and Lake Cty Health dept. are working on water problem, but he still hasn't quit. Latest is our jet ski on side is blocking him from getting boat out canal., w hich water sherrif stated after investigation he is harassing us, very obvious! Please help!

Re: horrible neighbor constant harassment

I would suggest you put all these facts in a diary format and scan them or fax the diary to me so I can advise you as to your rights and give some idea of the expenses involved. My first reaction is it that is time for action on your part or this could continue and make your life difficult.

Sincerely,

Robert Roemer

Re: horrible neighbor constant harassment

You should consult an attorney so they can get a court order and go over the facts to possibly sue your neighbor; this situation sounds intentional and potentially dangerous.
