Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My old house which Chase bank kicked me out 2.5 years ago (loan was in my dead husbands name but I was on living trust) has taken so long on a short sell--almost 4 years. I just received in the mail a warning that because of unpaid property taxes the property will be sold at public auction at the end of this month. Now what?

You need to gather all the letters, notices, mortgage etc... and meet with a real estate attorney ASAP. You could lose certain rights by not acting fast enough.
