Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Me and someone else own a house, we are both on the deed and the loan. He lives there i do not. What kind of rights do i have as far as him having other people move in to the house. Do i have a say in that?

Sure you have a 'say' in what goes on with respect to the house, it sounds as though you are 50% owner. Much depends on the type of joint ownership you have; but the practical side is that you may have a difficult job with enforcement. Also, are people moving in as tenants, or as guests, etc? There are different answers for different situations.
Well, you do own the house, so if he has tenants move in, you may be entitled to any proceeds from rent payments. I agree that it is difficult to say without knowing more about your situation. It may be worthwhile for you to speak with an attorney directly to get legal advice on how to proceed to protect your interest in the home. Regards,
