Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Our house in Florida was in 2 Trusts. I paid my half fully. My husband took up a mortgage on his half.. When he died, am I responsible for his mortgage?

All deeds and mortgages need to be reviewed. Have an attorney do that. If he mortgaged his interest that lien applies to his interest.
