Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Our house was on Foreclosure for a while but we negotiated with a lender and agreed to pay a certain amount for three months that would be a trail period. We made the first two payments on time and today we found out that our house will be up for auction the day after tomorrow. They explained that in Florida is not removed from the froclosure list even if it on a agreed trail period. This is first time we here of this. We called the Lender's Attorney but he never called back.

you need to contact a foreclosure attorney right away. There MAY be some remedy for you. It is actually against federal law for a lender to pursue a foreclosure while simultaneously working on loan modification, but there are exceptions.
