Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

The house I'm living in is going through a foreclosure in the state of Florida. I do not have a lease anymore, we are paying on a month to month basis. Do I continue to pay my landlord or should I save it for my future move?

You must continue to pay rent if you continue to live there. Foreclosure does not mean that you get to stay free.

If you do not continue to pay your landlord, then you can be evicted.
