Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
At the new house we just moved into my neighbor is cutting the grass about six feet onto our side of the lawn. If I let him continue to do this does this land become his because I have not stopped him from doing so?

Cutting the grass alone will not result in adverse possession. It is, however, a good time to start notifying him that he is cutting too much lawn.
