House property
If a house is in two persons name, like mother and son, and one of them has an accident /dies, does the house automatically goes to the one left or is there a document that need to be enacted?

If the title was held as Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, then it basically so. A certified copy of the death certificate would have to be filed with the clerk of the court in the county in which the property is located.
