Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

The house I'm renting was just bought by a new owner at an auction. The previous owner was going through a foreclosure. My question is since I continued to pay the previous owner rent due to still being bound by a lease what is the time frame in which I must move out with the new owner wanting to renovate this current house and then resell it??

Once the 10 day period (past the auction) has pass, the new owner should acquire a certificate of title from the court. Then they rightfully are the new owner of the property and rent should be going to them. Since they did not purchase the property to be their homestead, you have the greater of 90 days or the remaining term of your lease to stay in the home as long as you continue to pay the rent to the new owner.
