the house we're renting is in pre-foreclosure, our landlord has given us 3 weeks notice to vacate the home - we are on a month to month lease? what are our rights - we are currenting looking for a place, but haven't found anything for a family of 6 that we can afford.

a month to month lease may be terminated on 15 days notice so you have been afforded more than the law requires. I would work hard to find a new place quickly.
