new house warranty and credits for work not done

i had a new house built last year and the warranty work has not been done by the builder also he owes me for items i purchased.

I an from the UK and found out the builder was not liscenced and that he errased his name from the noterised notice of commencement and put in another name!

what chance have of winning this case
