Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own a house,that has another persons name besides mine on title.I have paid the property tax and ocupied this home for 22years.I have all construction bills an receipts all in my name for last 23 years.How can I remove this persons name from my title?House was bought and paid for 23years ago by me.This person is no relation to me nor ever was.

You will have to bring an action to quiet title.

You will need them to quit claim their interest to you in lieu of the quiet title action. Why was there name there at all? That may help understand how to handle the matter. seek some legal advice with all the paperwork.
