Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband died last year, He was the sole member on our home loan (they will not talk to me). The deed is in both of our names. The loan company is foreclosing on the property. Do I have any recourse, and if so, what type of attorneny do I need?

You need a probate attorney and a real estate litigation attorney. Have you paid the mortgage ? You must do that to protect the property
