Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband and I have a home in Fl. My mother is planning to move in with us from Va because of her health. She has a court order to not own pets for 2 years. Our family has pets. Can my animals be taken from me even though the house and animals are in mine and my husbands name as well as being in another state as the order?
