Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband and I would like to purchase REO's. If we would like to write a contract to make an offer, should we ask the listing agent to write the contract or find a real estate lawyer to do it? thanks.

Always safer with a lawyer. It will cost more, but -- as the saying goes -- you get what you pay for.
