my husband didn't put my name on the deed of our house, but made me sign when refinancing, now he stopped paying mortgage, and is going for foreclosure, how can i get the bank to talk with me about trying to keep my house

The bank doesn't care about who pays the mortgage, so if you can make the payments they will drop the foreclosure. Though they might not speak to you, they could since your name is on the mortgage. You probably just signed the mortgage deed, but not the note, so you shouldn't be liable on the debt. It was done to waive your marital rights on the house if it went into foreclosure.

The question will become, what can you do differently than your husband?
