Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband refuses to pay our rent and we have received a 3 day pay or vacate notice. I have no access to his bank accounts and we have no joint accounts. I make $500 every 2 weeks. He is a police officer. We have 2 minor children. What can i do?

Hire an attorney. You can file an action for separate maintenance if you dont want to file a divorce. Act quickly. Can you make sure your earnings are given to you AND not deposited into his account? I would do that as soon as possible.
