Can a ex husband remove his deceased ex wife off of a land deed? The Quit Claim Deed does not say right to survivorship. The property is in Florida and the divorce papers stated that the property would be dealt with at a later date.

Yes. As husband and wife, they owned it as tenants by the entirety which means jointly with right of survivorship.
