Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

iI have sent a question, but no answer yet, I will resend. I did recieve a number, but not working for anwer, 04cyX6plmi. My condo's HOA is trying to charge the remaining homeowners of our condo complex the dues owed from the homeowners that have foreclosed. At this rate, It will put those of us that are trying to hang on to our homes, if we have to pay for others that couldn't, we could lose ours too. Our condo HOA is underhanded and this doesnt seem right that they could do this to the remaining condo owners. Can you help us hang on to our homes.

Hello. Sorry you did not get an answer the first time around. You all really need to retain an attorney. As condo owners, you should pool your money and hire an attorney who specializes in condo association (real estate) law. Then, you will know you are not being taken advantage of by the HOA.

I know a very good attorney who practices this law in the Tampa Bay area. Please email me if you would like a referral.
