Improper deed

How do you go about changing a deed. There are two things

that need to be changed. One, the husand of a private lender

has passed away, and we would like to have an amendment

made. Also the deed states property is owened by a husband

and a wife. The couple is not married; what do you do; when

A new, corrected deed should be executed and filed with the County Clerk.
