My ex is incarcerated and we have a timeshare in florida that i've been paying on since our divorce because i dont want it to damaged my credit.please advise me on how to transfer title too one party without selling property. also what forms or steps i should take.

Hi. Transferring title to the timeshare to someone else will not release you from the loan obligation. The only way to get out from under the loan is to have the timeshare company release you, and unfortunately, that is unlikely to occur.
