Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If you were to inherit a condo from a deceased relative, would you be obligated to pay the condo fees, taxes, etc.? Property is in Florida in an extremely difficult market where the property is not desirable due to size and location, so selling it would be very difficult for any price.

Unless the Will provides otherwise, you take it the way it is, liens and all. It is not required you take it, and you could disclaim it.
