This is an interesting question. My thoughts are since you inherited the property it is not jointly owned, unless you changed some document stating that it is marital property. He would not have any right in the property.

Unless they are part of homesteaded property, marital status doesn't make a difference. Therefore the sole owner could sell it without joinder of spouse.
