Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I inherited money in my late step grandfathers will, back in 1997. My grandmother was the trustee. It stated in the will that the money belonged to me, and when I turned 18, then I would receive it. Well instead, my step father took the money and bought a piece of land and put it in his name without my permission. My question is, can I sue him for the land or my money back that was used to buy the land? Can I pursue a lawsuit with at least verbal evidence? Thank you!

Not sure how your step father got involved when your grandmother was the trustee. Take your paperwork to an experienced probate/ trust attorney and clarify your rights.
