Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My (inherited) ownership interest of a FL condo was purchased by my parents 30 years ago. The other 1/3 partner now contests whether he was offered the right of first refusal by the seller when my parents purchased their two (out of three) interests in the partnership. Is there a statute of limitation on this kind of litigation?
