Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We need an injunction against a next door NOISY nuisance neighbor. It has now gotten much worse boiling over to harrassment against us, intimidation and taunting of us while we are IN our home, and it is bullying-like behavior directed at us, and out in the open! Because we called city code and police to report their latest violation nuisance activity over the last weekend, and so now their retaliation against is escalating. Not code nor police have been able to do anything to stop it, they say they don't see it, and are not protecting us. How much will a lawyer and injunction cost in court?

You can try to get an injunction entered yourself at the county courthouse, but you have to know which kind of injunction to apply for. These neighbor disputes can get very, very upsetting and difficult to deal with. I believe you may be able to file an injunction against repeat violence, but would have to do some research in order to advise appropriately.
